Learn how to track your real estate transaction and communicate with your agent

Quick Start

Your agent has added you to a transaction. Click on the transaction name to view tasks, upload documents, and communicate with your agent.

The main navigation bar at the top provides access to all key features:

Returns you to your transaction

Quick Navigation
User Menu

Update your profile, change password, or logout

Support

Create support tickets if you need help or have questions

Once you open a transaction, you'll see tabs at the top for different sections:

Dashboard

View and edit transaction details, property information, and key dates

Contacts

Manage all people involved: clients, inspectors, title company, etc.

Tasks

Track all action items with due dates, assignments, and status

Most Used
Notes

Q&A threads, transaction notes, and internal communications

Files

Upload and manage documents: contracts, disclosures, inspection reports

Email

Send and receive emails related to this transaction

Tasks help you track everything that needs to be done in your transaction:

Completed

Tasks that are finished

Due Today

Tasks due today

Overdue

Past due tasks

Edit Update task name, due date, description
Complete Mark task as done
Client Complete Mark complete (agent will review)
Comment Add a note about this task
Add to Calendar Export to Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar
Delete Archive task if not needed
Task Views
  • Current Tasks - Active tasks you should work on now
  • Upcoming Tasks - Tasks scheduled for the future
  • Completed Tasks - Finished tasks for your records
  • Calendar View - See all tasks in a monthly calendar

Keep all transaction documents organized in one place:

Uploading Files
  1. Go to the Files tab
  2. Click Upload File
  3. Choose your file (PDF, DOC, images, etc.)
  4. Add a description
  5. Set as Public or Private
File Actions
  • Download - Save file to your device
  • View - Preview file details
  • Edit - Update file description or privacy
  • Archive - Remove file from active list

Use Notes for Q&A, updates, and internal communication:

Creating Topics
  1. Go to Notes tab
  2. Click Create Topic
  3. Choose category: Question or Info
  4. Set as Public or Private
  5. Add subject and details
Email Integration
  1. Go to Email tab
  2. Compose emails to contacts
  3. Attach transaction files
  4. View sent/received emails
