Getting Started Guide
Learn how to track your real estate transaction and communicate with your agent
Quick Start
Your agent has added you to a transaction. Click on the transaction name to view tasks, upload documents, and communicate with your agent.
Once you open a transaction, you'll see tabs at the top for different sections:
Live Tab Menu:
Dashboard
View and edit transaction details, property information, and key dates
Contacts
Manage all people involved: clients, inspectors, title company, etc.
Tasks
Track all action items with due dates, assignments, and status
Most UsedNotes
Q&A threads, transaction notes, and internal communications
Files
Upload and manage documents: contracts, disclosures, inspection reports
Send and receive emails related to this transaction
Tasks help you track everything that needs to be done in your transaction:
Tasks that are finished
Tasks due today
Past due tasks

- Current Tasks - Active tasks you should work on now
- Upcoming Tasks - Tasks scheduled for the future
- Completed Tasks - Finished tasks for your records
- Calendar View - See all tasks in a monthly calendar
Keep all transaction documents organized in one place:
- Go to the Files tab
- Click Upload File
- Choose your file (PDF, DOC, images, etc.)
- Add a description
- Set as Public or Private
- Download - Save file to your device
- View - Preview file details
- Edit - Update file description or privacy
- Archive - Remove file from active list
Use Notes for Q&A, updates, and internal communication:
- Go to Notes tab
- Click Create Topic
- Choose category: Question or Info
- Set as Public or Private
- Add subject and details
- Go to Email tab
- Compose emails to contacts
- Attach transaction files
- View sent/received emails
